Liverpool is well served by air, rail, coach and road. The university is a city centre campus, situated 10 minutes from the main railway station. The university and halls of residences are serviced by regular bus routes.

Single study room accommodation is guaranteed to all 1st year undergraduates who have firmly accepted a full-time place at the university and have applied for accommodation by the relevant cut-off date. In recent years the university has been able to offer accommodation to the majority of students who have an Insurance Offer or who have come through Clearing. University halls offer self-catered and catered options across 3 sites on the campus itself, or within 2 student villages, Carnatic and Greenbank, which are set in suburban parkland. Rent includes utility bills and also meals for students in catered accommodation. Those living at the student villages have access to social spaces, computer study rooms, shops, restaurants, outdoor activity areas and libraries.

You can take part in sport and exercise at a number of different levels. It's up to you! Some level of participation is good for your general well-being and, knowing this, universities are working hard to offer the best facilities and opportunities they can to meet your needs.
